Standard processing time is 24 working hours. For the customized, colored, or out-of-stock wigs, the processing time is between 3-5 working days. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly. Thank you.
After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Then the package probably arrive within 3-10 working days. (Different areas have different delivery times).
If the address provided by your order is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there are unverified details in the order, the order process time may be delayed for 1-2 business days. Change any address info will cause an extra fee after the parcel left factory.
We encourage all customers to check your order information, especially the delivery address thoroughly.
How To Clean And Care
1. Wash and condition the hair at least every week, or depending on the hair status.
2. Use shampoo and condition when washing, olive oil or argon oil will be a plus. Please don’t wring or rub the hair when washing.
3. Comb the ends first, then from the top to the ends. For stubborn tangles, detangle it with your hands firstly before combing. We don't suggest combing the curly item. Please gently comb the curly wig with your fingers instead.
4. Don't restyle the hair too often, or the hair will easily get dry.
5. Let the hair air dry after washing. Keep the hair in a dry and clean environment.
